1. Who we are & what this policy covers
Dramint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Dramint mobile application (Android package: com.dramintrewards.shorts) and www.dramintapp.com (together, the “Services”). This policy explains what information is handled, why, who receives it, and how to exercise your privacy rights. It does not replace the notices of independent websites you choose to visit.
Dramint provides online short-drama discovery and playback, favorites, viewing history, and virtual reward features. Progress and simulated withdrawal records are stored on your device. Dramint does not make real cash payouts. Accepting the Terms of Service does not by itself constitute consent to optional advertising or tracking.
2. Information we handle
- Information saved on your device
- Language preferences, favorites, viewing history, episode positions, unlocked episodes, viewing-task progress, check-ins, virtual points, simulated balances, and simulated withdrawal records. An email entered in the simulated withdrawal form is saved with that local record; it is not sent to PayPal or another payment provider and does not initiate a payment. Local storage also holds installation identifiers, install-source classification, configuration, advertising preferences, and, where applicable, queued advertising measurement events.
- Content-service installation & device information
- HuntShorts receives a random installation identifier, device model, brand, manufacturer, device name, operating-system version, language, and app package information with content requests. This identifier is separate from an email address or login account. Content and delivery services receive your IP address and ordinary network request information.
- Content requests & viewing activity
- HuntShorts receives search terms, category filters, requested drama and episode identifiers, favorite/unfavorite actions, and viewing actions. Playback reports include playback start, progress milestones and completion, position, timestamps, and generated session and event identifiers. Video and image delivery providers receive the requests needed to stream or display the requested content.
- App configuration & install source
- Our configuration service receives the Android device-scoped identifier when available, device locale country, language, app version, product identifier, request time, whether a SIM is available, and an install-source classification. These fields help select the appropriate app rules and feature availability. Google Play Install Referrer supplies a referral string and installation version; the app uses them to derive and locally save an install-source classification. The app sends that classification with configuration requests, rather than forwarding the raw referral string through that request.
- Advertising & consent information
- When advertising services operate, they may process advertising or app-instance identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and app details, network information, ad requests, impressions, clicks, reward-completion signals, and advertising revenue or performance data. Google’s consent service handles information needed to determine and record applicable privacy choices. Consent status and related preference strings may be stored on your device and made available to advertising partners.
- Attribution & analytics information
- When the measurement services described in Section 4 are enabled, they may receive device or installation identifiers, device/app and network information, install-source information, usage events, and advertising performance information. The app uses the Android device-scoped identifier, or a random installation identifier if unavailable, as a measurement user identifier. It is not the email entered in a simulated withdrawal form. Advertising revenue measurements describe ad performance, not a cash balance payable to you.
- Information you choose to send
- If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, bank credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Dramint does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location. Device identifiers and IP-derived location are separate from precise GPS location.
3. Purposes & legal bases
We use information to provide catalog search and video playback; authenticate content access; remember preferences, progress, and virtual rewards; apply app configuration; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain reliability and security; and prevent misuse. Enabled advertising and measurement services support ad delivery, consent management, installation attribution, and measurement of usage and advertising performance.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide a service you request relies on contractual necessity. Service reliability, security, and misuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights and applicable law. Processing required by law relies on legal obligations. Processing that requires your consent, including relevant advertising identifiers, personalization, or tracking, is subject to that consent; you can withdraw it as explained in Section 8.
Permission to request an advertisement does not necessarily mean that you have consented to personalized advertising. Privacy choices depend on your location and the service involved. Refusing optional processing does not create a right to an ad-funded episode unlock when no eligible advertisement is available.
4. Services & SDKs
The following integrations support the Services. Data processing depends on the app version, enabled features, partner availability, and applicable privacy choices. AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, and FunsData/DataEye reporting are not active in the currently configured app. Their descriptions explain the data handled when enabled; inclusion here does not mean those providers receive data from every installation.
- HuntShorts — drama content & playback
- Provides catalog search, metadata, playback authorization, streaming access, and playback/interaction reporting. It receives the content-service information described in Section 2. Videos and images may be delivered through its delivery partners. See the HuntShorts website. You can send questions or data requests about our integration to the privacy contact in Section 12.
- Dramint configuration service
- Our service at ler.dramintapp.com receives the configuration-request information described in Section 2 to return applicable content-access, reward, and advertising rules. These requests do not upload your local simulated withdrawal email or wallet ledger.
- HyperBid, mediation services & advertising partners
- HyperBid manages rewarded, interstitial, and app-open advertisements through mediation and advertising partners. Depending on the enabled advertising setup, partners supported by the app include Google AdMob, AppLovin, TopOn/AnyThink, BidMachine, BIGO Ads, Chartboost, Meta Audience Network, Digital Turbine/Fyber, InMobi, Unity/ironSource, Mintegral, Moloco, Pangle, Verve/PubNative, Smart Digimkt, Liftoff/Vungle, and Yandex. Inclusion does not mean that every partner serves an ad or receives data in every session. These services may handle the advertising information in Section 2 for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. See the HyperBid Privacy Policy, Google advertising information, and partner notices available through applicable advertising privacy messages.
- Google User Messaging Platform — advertising privacy choices
- Requests and displays applicable privacy messages and records consent or opt-out preferences. Dramint uses its advertising-request status before initializing and requesting ads through the app’s advertising flow. Where required, you can reopen the form using Ad privacy choices in app settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- AppsFlyer — installation attribution & ad measurement
- When enabled, measures installation sources and advertising performance using device/app information, IP address, installation or advertising identifiers, referral information, and events. The app supplies its measurement user identifier and advertising revenue events, including revenue amount and currency. Events awaiting delivery may be retained locally for retry. See the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — usage & ad measurement
- When enabled, processes app-instance and measurement user identifiers, device/app information, standard SDK usage events, and advertising impression/revenue events, including ad source, format, placement, value, and currency. Advertising identifiers may be processed where enabled and permitted. This integration does not include Firebase Crashlytics. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- FunsData / DataEye Android SDK — advertising analytics
- When enabled, measures ad requests, loaded inventory, impressions, clicks, and revenue. Events can include a measurement user identifier, ad format, placement, network, mediation provider, in-app placement context, revenue, currency, and estimated revenue per thousand impressions, together with device/app information handled by the SDK. See the FunsData website for provider information. Privacy requests about our integration can be sent to the contact in Section 12.
- Google Play Install Referrer — install-source measurement
- Reads the referral string and installation version supplied by Google Play to classify how the app was installed. This is not a user invitation or cash-reward service. The derived classification is saved locally and included in configuration requests; an enabled attribution SDK may separately process referral information under its own privacy notice. See Google Play Install Referrer information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
These mobile SDKs are not embedded in the static website pages. Independent advertising and other providers may also process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices. Our responsibilities for the information we handle remain subject to applicable law.
5. Website, cookies & similar technologies
These static website pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, embed mobile SDKs, include contact forms, or use browser storage. Fonts and artwork are served with the website rather than requested from external font or media services.
Website hosting, delivery, and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver pages, maintain logs, and protect the website. External links open services with their own information practices. The mobile app separately uses local storage and SDK identifiers as described above.
7. Retention & international transfers
Local progress and simulated withdrawal records remain in app storage until removed, overwritten during ordinary use, or cleared with the app’s data. Uninstalling may remove them; operating-system backups can affect restoration. Dramint does not provide account-based cloud recovery or cross-device restoration of this progress.
We retain information we control only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, support, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Relevant factors include the type of record, the reason it was collected, whether a request or dispute remains open, and any legally required retention. A deletion request may be subject to lawful retention exceptions.
Clearing local data does not automatically delete information already received by a provider. Providers’ retention practices also depend on their services, applicable agreements, and privacy notices. You can contact us to request deletion or obtain information about retention relevant to your request.
Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, including any required transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your use of Dramint.
8. Your choices & privacy rights
- Local data: Remove favorites in the app. To remove local records, use your device’s app-storage controls or uninstall the app. This may permanently remove progress, unlocked episodes, virtual rewards, and simulated withdrawal records; operating-system backups may affect restoration.
- Advertising choices: Where applicable, open app settings and select Ad privacy choices to review or change the choices provided by the consent service. This entry appears when that service requires it. Your Android privacy settings may also let you reset or delete an advertising ID or manage ad personalization. This does not reset all installation identifiers or delete data already received by providers.
- Content & configuration requests: Online browsing and playback require network requests to the relevant services. Advertising choices do not turn off requests necessary to deliver content and app configuration.
- Consent & objections: You may withdraw consent to consent-based processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. Use the available service controls or contact us. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
- Access, correction & deletion: Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have a right to appeal our response and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Send requests to ramseyashley084@gmail.com, describe the right you wish to exercise, and identify the relevant app installation or correspondence where possible. We may request limited information needed to locate records and verify your request; do not send passwords or payment credentials. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and will not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law permits.
Deleting app data alone is not a request to erase server-held records. Advertising controls do not automatically apply to every independent provider or to a later installation; contact us if you need help with a request.
9. Children’s privacy
Dramint is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law or the content restrictions shown in the app and its store listing. Users who have not reached the age of legal majority must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission where required. Where local law requires parental consent for personal-data processing, that requirement also applies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information through the Services, contact ramseyashley084@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. These age requirements do not mean that Dramint has verified every user’s age.
10. Security
The app uses HTTPS for content and configuration requests and stores local progress in application storage. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Local simulated balances are not financial assets or an encrypted financial ledger. Keep your device secure and avoid including sensitive information in support messages.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our Services, information practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the effective date and latest update. We will communicate material changes through appropriate notices and obtain consent where required before beginning new consent-based processing.
