Dramint1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dramint mobile application (Android package: com.dramintrewards.shorts) and www.dramintapp.com (together, the “Services”), operated by Dramint (“Dramint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for advertising or other personal-data processing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dramint and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. You must also comply with the content and age restrictions shown in the relevant app-store listing and within the Services.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission where required and be legally permitted to use the Services. Where local law requires parental consent to personal-data processing, that requirement also applies. Dramint is not directed to children under 13.
3. Content & permitted use
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use Dramint for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Ownership of the app, trademarks, artwork, videos, and other content remains with Dramint or the relevant rights holders.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit content without permission or a legal right to do so. Do not bypass content access controls or remove rights notices. Nothing here limits uses expressly permitted by law.
The available catalog, episode access, and languages may vary by location and release. Illustrative artwork on this website does not guarantee that a particular title will be available in the app.
4. Responsible use
Please use the Services lawfully and without interfering with other people or the Services. In particular, do not:
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the app or its service providers.
- Use bots, modified clients, or falsified activity to manipulate viewing records, episode access, or virtual rewards.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submit information you are not authorized to share.
5. Virtual rewards, simulated withdrawals & advertisements
Dramint does not make real cash payments. Points, displayed balances, and withdrawal records are virtual or simulated. They are not money, deposits, wages, or a claim to payment, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for value.
Viewing tasks and check-ins may award points under the rules shown in the app. Displayed conversion rates, currency symbols, withdrawal amounts, and status labels are part of the simulated experience and do not create a financial obligation.
A simulated withdrawal creates a local record and may reserve part of your simulated balance. A “pending” status does not mean a bank or payment provider is processing funds; there is no real payout or promised payment date. A PayPal label or email field does not connect the app to a PayPal account or initiate a transfer. Do not provide payment passwords, bank details, or other payment credentials.
These records are stored on your device and do not become payable balances in a later version. Clearing app data or losing local progress may remove them.
Where available, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock an episode or receive the specified virtual reward. Reward eligibility depends on completing the required advertising action and the app receiving a valid reward confirmation. Loading, clicking, or closing an advertisement alone does not guarantee a reward. Advertisement availability varies, so an ad-funded unlock may be temporarily unavailable. The app may also show interstitial or app-open advertisements. No advertisement or reward activity entitles you to a real cash payment.
6. Your data & progress
Dramint saves favorites, playback position, viewing history, unlocked episodes, settings, and virtual reward records on your device. It does not provide account-based cloud backup or cross-device restoration of this progress.
Clearing application data, uninstalling, losing your device, or device failure may cause loss of local progress. Device or operating-system backups may affect restoration. Do not rely on the app as a permanent record of financial value.
Content, configuration, advertising, and enabled measurement services process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Storing progress locally does not mean that the app operates without network data processing.
7. Third-party services
Dramint uses HuntShorts for drama discovery and playback and Google Play Install Referrer for install-source classification. Advertising is supported through HyperBid, Google’s consent service, and mediation or advertising partners. The app also includes attribution and analytics integrations whose availability depends on the enabled configuration. The service-provider section of the Privacy Policy explains these services and the status of measurement integrations.
Third-party destinations may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability is outside our direct control. A link or integration does not give you permission to use third-party content beyond its applicable license, and it does not remove our obligations under applicable law.
8. Availability & access
We may maintain, update, or change the Services, including the catalog, episode access, virtual reward rules, and feature availability. Playback and advertisements can be affected by internet connectivity, device compatibility, regional availability, and content rights. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
Where reasonably necessary, we may limit or suspend access to address a material breach, security issue, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Services. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable and required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Your statutory rights & liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or the continued availability of a particular title, advertisement, or feature.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law remain in effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies their effective date and latest update. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice before they take effect where required by law, and we will request consent where required.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the Services. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
11. Applicable law
Applicable mandatory laws, including consumer protections and rights to bring claims in a competent court, continue to apply. These Terms do not select an exclusive governing jurisdiction, impose arbitration, or waive any statutory rights.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
